Our five step process begins with an analysis, where we examine the organization;s maturity across multiple factors, to understand its strengths and weaknesses. The analysis also provides a framework to begin the conversation with your team on what standards they want to adopt in terms of process, tools, templates, language and philosophy.	Together we will determine and set standards that will help us customize the training to suit your business needs. The customized training is the next step, providing you with processes that compliment your projects and BAU processes.	The training includes hands-on work, as well as an introduction to all of the techniques and templates. We teach all four of our classes as part of the engagement, because we believe all project managers perform optimally if they have clear grasp these skills.	We follow up the training session with a set number of hours for coaching. In the Coaching phase we help team members adopt and adapt to the standards and new processes they will be using going forward.	We conclude with a case study roundtable to discuss the team’s experience utilizing these techniques in their environment. This lets other team members benefit from their colleagues experiences and further drives adoption of the new approach across the organization.
