Prasanth Nair - CEO

Prasanth is the founder and product architect of Double Gemini. He is an expert in the fields of productivity processes, project management, and change management.  Over the last 22 years, on behalf of clients, he has led large teams of people across organizations in a variety of industries. His intellect, creativity, determination, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people at all levels, puts him in high demand in the productivity marketplace.

When he is not at work, Prasanth enjoys endurance training and occasionally participates in triathlons.


Paru Radia - COO

Paru has 20 years experience in project management, change management, operations and business development for both corporate (British Airways Plc) and start-up companies in London and New York. Paru has excellent communication and leadership skills, astute business acumen, high integrity and an excellent work ethic.

When Paru's not at work, she is either on her next travel adventure, mentally rehearsing Tae Kwon Do moves, or taking the time out to just breathe.

Riddhi Gandhi - CFO

Riddhi has been working with businesses to create and maintain financial processes and controls for the past 10 years. She has worked across multiple industries ranging from Construction to Public Relations. Riddhi is analytical and detailed oriented. Her ability to understand the unique business model and vision of each company she works with, allows her to create precise financial standards and processes for them.

Outside of work, Riddhi loves to read and travel.

Hope Rochefort - Senior Productivity Manager

Hope holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and has managed both local and national health programs. She has managed projects within university settings, hospital systems, Managed Care Organizations, community based organizations, clinical locations, and in government offices. Hope is passionate about improving organizational operations through process design, procedure standardization, and program management. Hope’s background is in team-building, program management, program design and planning, evaluation, and delivering training programs.

When she’s not working, Hope can be found spending time with her dog, knitting, or reading.


Miriam Songster - Productivity Manager

Miriam is a project manager with 15 years of experience managing complex teams, facilitating between diverse stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within scope. Her clients have included television networks and magazine publishers, museums, luxury goods retailers, CPG brands, financial institutions, universities, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies. Miriam most enjoys projects where she can work together with the client to plan and execute creative and cost-effective solutions to core business needs.

When not at work, Miriam heads to the gym or volunteers at a local horse riding program for autistic children.


Marina Romashko - Productivity Manager

Marina has spent over 15 years of her career helping clients stay focused on what is important and to ignore the rest. She has project management experience in the IT and Finance industries and has also coached senior executives across three continents.

When Marina's not in the office, you will likely find her either meditating in the mountains or surfing off the coast of Rockaway.
